They serve champagne and wine in the evening with small and delightful appetizers. Breakfast is a four course affair with freshly squeezed juice (pear, apple, mint and white grape), a fruit dish (cherries in cabernet), home made and hot croissants as rich and flaxy as those in Paris, a hot dish (halibut brandande) and a refreshing fruit dessert (blueberries in a coconut cream)… Katharine
The brunch was unbelievable! Freshly diced sweet pineapple marinated in Gran Marnier, salmon bites on a bed of broccoli mouse, sliced cherries with home-made verbena ice cream, and so much more. Many of the dishes incorporated herbs straight from the beautiful, tranquil garden. We enjoyed brunch on the patio each morning and delighted in watching hummingbirds and blue jays bathing in the water fountain… Karen
