Cuisine at The Chanric Inn
Taking advantage of the bounty of the Napa Valley and the Inn's own organic garden, our professionally-trained chef prepares the "most important meal of the day" each morning from 8:30 am until 10:30 am. We also proudly support the organic farmers at the Calistoga Farmer's Market.
Brunch at The Chanric Inn is always a magnificent, expertly prepared three-course affair. The seasonal menu changes daily and conforms to the exclusive dietary considerations of each guest. Guests are welcome to dine at their leisure and discretion at an intimate table for two, at our Big Table, or alfresco on the sun-drenched patio.
Among the many delights, brunch at The Chanric Inn may include:
- Ratatouille with poached egg and shaved Reggiano parmesan, or
- Seasonal souffle of wild mushrooms and gruyere cheese, or
- Chived eggs on fontina toast, sauteed spinach, mushroom duxelles and white truffle oil
Our wine country brunch always includes freshly-baked pastries and a seasonal fruit course, such as:
- Red d'Anjou pear with sabayon mousseline, or
- Chilled watermelon soup with lemon verbena seasonal fruit and walnut-mint oil
